This is an How to be an Otaku manuel I found online that i thought was very good although it's intended only for Anime Otaku some of it at least applies for Manga otaku as well. So i'm going to write down the title of each step listed in there and a couple of the warnings. Please bear in mind that i don't agree with everything in here just most of it.
1. Pick and watch some anime of your interest.
2. Watch the anime.
3. Don't subscribe to the hype.
4. Talk to people like you.
5. Merchandise!
6. Anime Conventions are like our Woodstock.
7. if there is one, join your school's anime club.
8. Fan out!
9. Remember to sleep!
10. Cosplay as your favorite anime characters!
Warnings: Check out the page "Not be a Rabid Otaku". Not everyone wants to hear about it.
Don't and i mean this DO NOT nerd out over one series, give all series a chance!

Description: TRUE STORY!!! I was shocked & delighted to find out that little tidbit. The original unedited chat logs was discovered one day and revolutionized how otaku were seen in japan. However no one knows who the train man really was or what became of him and his dream girl or even who released the logs. As a result only what is there on the logs is known of the whole story & so there are many different versions out there in movies and manga of what happened. Description: Yes this is a manga based on the Holy Bible. No you don't Have to read it if your not Christian or if you've already read the real thing. This is for those can't understand a word of Ye old English or whatever the heck the real things written in, those who simply can't take that much of the written word, those who are either of those things but just want to know enough not to be misled by the words of those who have read it but have a tendancy to "forget" certain details. Now it isn't one big manga telling you everything the real thing does. It's more of a summary with a few extra comments thrown into the story to make it more interesting without blasphemizing the whole thing. I have to recommend the Jonah and the Whale Story. its kind of funny.

Description: pretty good story, kinda funny, and describes a lot about fermentation. including the kind that creates SAKE!! Yes the recreational drink of the orient. although at times they give a little too much info much to the chagrin the the main character.

Introduction
Hello all you freaks & geeks less commonly known as Otakus. My Mortal name is Marcus however should you ever the honor of being pwned by me in virtual combat know that it was by the hand of Mandarb or Immortal or DarkDragoon(whichever i was able to use). my blog is about the otaku culture. I'm not some writer or anything this is just for fun. I'm new to this and don't know that much myself. so i thought i put down what i know so that it could be easier for others. i might sound stupid or crass so i would appreciate any corrections or comments and I'll try to appeal to the female side of otakus but no promises. I'll include must reads & sees, lists of the otaku criteria(Which may or may not have originated with me), my own otaku story(well I'll try to anyway, my memory sucks) and other things as i think them up or are suggested to me. Don't forget that i might say things u might not like, i don't know what yet (maybe you won't like the fact that when I say Otaku i include Manga enthusiats as well as Anime), but i assure u that i can be an ass. You have been warned.
